• INSTANT TEXT NOTIFICATIONS: Virtual Halo's cloud service sends text message notifications to your emergency contacts, specifying the message type (SOS, Check In, or your current activity), your nearest location details, and a direct link to view your specific location on your trusted contacts' default map application.
• PRIVACY IS IN YOUR HANDS: Users have complete control over notification settings and remain untracked at all times. Virtual Halo prioritizes user privacy and security by ensuring that nobody, not even the service itself, can actively track your movements.
• SOS: In emergency situations, the SOS feature alerts designated contacts with your nearest address and a map link pinpointing your location. This feature is free to use with up to one Emergency Contact.
• CHECK IN: Inform your contacts that you're safe with a Check In message including an optional note and location link. This feature requires a subscription.
• GOING OUT: For planned activities with a set duration, Going Out notifies emergency contacts if the user fails to disable the feature within the allotted timeframe. It forwards information on the user's last known location, planned activity, and expected return time. This feature also requires a subscription.

7-DAY FREE TRIAL - BASIC SERVICES ARE FREE FOREVER
The app offers the SOS feature for free indefinitely; however, Check In and Going Out functionalities necessitate an active subscription. Upon subscribing, users receive a standard 7-day Free Trial period. To avoid charges after the trial ends, remember to cancel the subscription via your iTunes account beforehand.

ENHANCED SERVICES (SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES)
Virtual Halo PLUS offers extended features available through monthly, 6-monthly, or annual subscriptions. Opting for the 1-year subscription provides the best value. Remember that payment is automatically charged at confirmation of purchase unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

• Subscriptions are managed within your Account Settings post-purchase.
• Cancellation is not permitted during an active subscription but can be done at any time for the service to remain available until the current period concludes.
